Pan-Tastic Italian Ravioli
This recipe takes just 15 minutes prep time and 15 minutes to cook in SmartyPans.
- Shredded zucchini
- Drained diced tomatoes
- Garlic powder
- Ravioli of your choice (beef or cheese)
- ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella
Step 1: Spray your SmartyPans with any non-stick cooking spray over medium to high heat Step 2: Add zucchini and cook 2-3 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally and allow the SmartyPans app to help you track your cooking
Step 3: Add ravioli, drained tomatoes, and seasoning. Cook 3-5 minutes or until hot (your SmartyPans will tell you when your temperature is perfect). Continue to stir occasionally
Step 4: Sprinkle with mozzarella, cook 1-2 minutes and make sure the cheese melts
Taco Tuesday is easier than ever with this quick recipe featuring elevated ingredients.
- 1 lb. of ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 15-oz. can of refried or pinto beans
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
- Tortillas or taco shells
- Toppings: Tomato, sour cream, salsa, lettuce
- Cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Place SmartyPans on medium-high heat, splash olive oil in, season to taste with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper
Step 3: Add 1 lb. of ground beef, use a fork to press and brown until meat turns from pink/red to brown
Step 4: Toss chopped onion on heat, mix in with beef until sizzling
Step 5: Strain oil from beef and onions, place in serving bowl
Step 6: Toss in can of refried / pinto beans, brown and or mash until sizzling
Step 7: Place in serving bowl
Step 8: Place various toppings on plates to serve, give guests a choice of shells or tortillas, and enjoy!
Delicious Mushroom Chicken Quinoa Risotto
The perfect dish for a cool fall evening, this one-pan recipe takes just 30 minutes to make.
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 24 oz. baby bella mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- Black pepper to taste
Step 1: Boil chicken stock
Step 2: Add quinoa and continue boiling
Step 3: Reduce heat so combination simmers, remove from heat and let stand until liquid is absorbed (10 mins)
Step 4. Fluff with fork, remove from heat
Step 5: Break out your SmartyPans and add olive oil (1 tbs), drop in chicken to saute Step 6: Add sea salt and turn chicken to complete saute or until chicken is cooked through (4-6 mins)
Step 7: Remove chicken, place on serving plate lined with paper towels, wipe your SmartyPans clean
Step 8: Add additional olive oil (1 tbs), mushrooms, salt, black pepper to taste. Brown mushrooms for approx. 4 minutes
Step 9: Add garlic, cook until mushrooms are tender.
Step 10: Mix it all up! Add your quinoa, chicken, and parmesan cheese and serve
